Allie's Cookies is a company inspired by my love for the holidays, baking, and all things spiritual. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2010 with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management. My pastry experience began at The French Laundry in Napa Valley where I had the extraordinary opportunity to apprentice with some of the best chef's in the country at TFL and Bouchon Bakery. Here my love of baking and pastry was born. After graduating and doing internships around the country, I eventually worked as pastry chef at The Whelk in Westport. My culinary career came to a halt as I went to graduate school but my love of the craft always remained. After moving out to the Big Island of Hawaii I was reinspired to pick up my spatula once again and create Allie's Cookies. Merging my love of the holidays, my passion for food and spirituality, I have created reiki infused hand decorated sugar cookies inspired by the holidays and guaranteed to bring you love and joy in every bite.
